We ship every order from our fulfillment partner. Shipping is free within the US on every order, no minimum. Below is what to expect.
Processing time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email the day your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States.5–9 business days, free on every order. Faster shipping isn't offered at this time.
- Canada, UK, EU, Australia. 8–15 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Everywhere else.We don't currently ship outside the regions above. If you'd like us to, send an email and we'll add it to the list.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. The tracking link arrives by email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Customs and duties
US orders are not subject to customs duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT collected by your local customs office on delivery. We don't control these fees and can't estimate them in advance.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. If we still can't locate it, we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it.
Address changes
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the shipping address — email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can't change the destination.
