Every product comes with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn't fit into your daily routine, send it back for a full refund. Returns are free within the US.
What's covered
- Any reason.Doesn't fit, didn't live up to expectations, the color's not for you — send it back.
- 90 days from delivery. The clock starts the day your tracking shows the package delivered, not the day you ordered.
- Used products are fine.We don't expect you to know if a product is right for you without using it. As long as it's in returnable condition (see below), we'll refund it.
What's not covered
- Single-use hygiene products.Mouth tape (any pack that's been opened) and other single-use items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Unopened packs can be returned like any other product.
- Returns past 90 days.If you reach out shortly after the window, we'll try to work something out — but the formal policy ends at 90 days.
- Returns without a request.Please contact us before shipping anything back. Unannounced returns can't be tracked to your order and may be lost.
How to start a return
Two quick steps:
- Email support@mogg.club with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders) or return-shipping instructions (international) within 1 business day.
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
International returns
International orders are also covered by the 90-day guarantee, but the return shipping cost is yours to cover. We'll refund the product cost in full once we receive it.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges — it's faster to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or product you want. If you tell us this is what you're doing, we'll prioritize the refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, you don't need to return it — just email us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. See the Shipping Policy for more.
