This policy describes how Mogg("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our site, place an order, or contact us. By using the site you agree to the practices described below.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the shop:
- Order information. Name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), and the products in your order. We never see or store your full payment card number — that is handled by Stripe.
- Account information. If you create an account, your email and any preferences you set.
- Communications. Emails, support tickets, and any messages you send us.
- Usage data. Anonymous information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP). We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
How we use it
- To process and ship your orders.
- To send you order updates and tracking information.
- To respond to your questions or support requests.
- To detect fraud and keep the site safe.
- To improve our products and the shopping experience.
Who we share with
We only share what is necessary to fulfill your order or operate the site:
- Stripe — to process payments. They handle card data under their own privacy policy.
- Resend — to send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- Our fulfillment partner — your name and shipping address are passed along so they can deliver your order.
- Vercel and Neon — our hosting and database providers. They store data on our behalf under strict contractual terms.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with advertising networks for resale.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working between page loads, remember your preferences, and measure basic site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (including checkout) may stop working.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of any marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link).

We keep order information for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically seven years). After that, we anonymize or delete it.
Children
Our products are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Material changes will be highlighted in an email to anyone with an active account.
